Account and checkout details (name, email, phone, billing address) when you buy or donate.
Order, donation, and payment references from WooCommerce and the payment provider (currently Ozow, and wallet balance where used).
Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, via cookies and similar tools (including LiteSpeed Cache).
Messages you send through contact or pledge forms.

How we use it

We use this information to process orders and donations, provide customer support, improve the site, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us run the site (hosting, caching, payments, email). They may only use it for those purposes. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention and security

We keep order and donation records for as long as needed for accounting, support, and legal requirements, then delete or anonymise them where practical. We use HTTPS and access controls; no method of transmission is completely secure.
